Job summary

BambooHR in Utah seeks a Digital Customer Education Specialist to design and deliver premium HR education experiences, leveraging AI to speed content creation and improve outcomes. You’ll partner with SMEs to build credible curricula and optimize for adoption and paid-program growth.

You’ll develop scripts, slides, videos, and microlearning assets, align with Marketing, Product, Success, and Knowledge Governance, and measure impact through enrollment, completion, and conversions.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer education, enablement, training, or instructional design with paid programs.
• Ability to simplify complex workflows and translate SME knowledge into practical learning.
• Experience with live sessions and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end premium and paid HR education experiences across modalities.
• Develop curricula across HR topics and AI fluency with SME support.
• Turn expert knowledge into practical, structured curricula.
• Create scripts, slides, videos, and learning assets using AI-assisted research.
• Build CTAs to generate leads and support paid-program growth.
• Facilitate live customer sessions and adapt delivery in real time.
• Define success metrics and monitor LMS analytics and enrollment signals.
• Coordinate with Marketing, Product, Success, and Knowledge Governance.
• Identify content gaps and improve self-service value and adoption.
