Job summary

Prudential Financial, Inc. is seeking three Sr. Sales Support Associates to provide sales-cycle and administrative support to Sales Executives and account management teams on the GI National and Premier Accounts teams.

Two positions on the East Coast and one on the West Coast. The role requires familiarity with Prudential systems, strong communication, and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in insurance, sales administration or customer service.
• Knowledge of customer service and relationship management concepts preferred.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Must be customer focused and resolution oriented.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a timely manner.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Part­ner with Sales Executives to manage the RFP process and data entry in internal systems.
• Provide administrative sales support to Customer Relationship Managers and act as liaison with brokers.
• Handle office management tasks and maintain office equipment and supplies.
• Assist with new hire onboarding and serve as a team resource.
• Participate in team meetings/trainings and back up teammates as needed.
• Maintain sales and customer records for compliance; support enrollment and prep for events.
