Job summary

Qualifications

Job description

• Acquire new affluent consumer and business customers through strategic outreach, referrals, and pre-planned appointments
• Deepen existing customer relationships through discovery-driven conversations
• Understand customer goals and deliver tailored banking and credit strategies
• Serve as the primary financial partner providing comprehensive, multi-product guidance and ongoing reviews
• Grow and manage a defined book of business
• Drive balanced growth across deposits, lending, and investments
• Coordinate warm introductions and collaborate with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners
• Convert qualified opportunities into closed outcomes
• Educate customers on self-service and mobile banking options
• Advise branch colleagues on relationship development and complex client needs
• Maintain accurate documentation, exercise sound judgment, escalate issues, and adhere to policies and regulations
• Transition from the temporary license-pending role to Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE) after completing licensing requirements and SAFE registration

Requirements

• 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
• 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
• 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
• FINRA Series 6 and Series 63 (or FINRA-recognized equivalents), active or completed within a designated timeframe
• Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam required for FINRA qualification exams earned after September 30, 2018
• FINRA Series 65 (or equivalent) required within a specified period in Texas and listed states
• State Insurance license(s), active or completed within a designated timeframe
• SAFE registration required at the time of employment
• Required FINRA licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment
• Enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
• Must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo policies regarding financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background
• Credit report may be reviewed
• Not eligible for Visa sponsorship
• Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
