- Acquire new affluent consumer and business customers through strategic outreach, referrals, and appointments
- Deepen existing customer relationships through discovery-driven conversations and tailored banking and credit strategies
- Serve as the primary financial partner providing comprehensive multi-product guidance and ongoing reviews
- Manage and grow a defined book of business across deposits, lending, and investments
- Coordinate warm introductions and integrated solutions with Wealth, Home Lending, and Business Banking partners
- Educate customers on self-service and mobile banking options
- Advise branch colleagues on relationship development and complex client needs
- Maintain accurate documentation, exercise sound judgment, **escalate issues**, and follow policies and regulations
- Complete the temporary Licensed Banker LP role until licensing requirements and SAFE registration are completed, then transition to Senior Branch Premier Banker (SAFE)
Requirements
- 4+ years of customer service experience, or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military experience, or education
- 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners
- 3+ years of experience recommending products and services
- Experience recommending financial products and translating customer goals into actionable recommendations
- Experience sourcing, acquiring, and deepening customer relationships through proactive outreach and internal partnerships
- Experience managing a book of business, documenting planning conversations, and driving retention and growth across deposits, lending, and investments
- Experience coaching or supporting peers
- Financial services industry experience in consumer, home lending, business banking, or investments
- 3+ years of experience in a licensed financial services position
- FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams or recognized equivalents sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration
- State Insurance license(s)
- FINRA Series 6 and Series 63, or recognized equivalents, must be active or completed within a designated timeframe
- Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam required for FINRA qualification exams earned after September 30, 2018
- FINRA Series 65 or equivalent required within a specified period in listed states
- Required FINRA licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment
- SAFE registration required at the time of employment
- Must meet enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards
- Must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo policies regarding financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays
