Job summary

Wells Fargo in Riverside, CA seeks a licensed banker to acquire and deepen affluent client relationships across deposits, lending, investments, and home/business banking. You will guide customers with multi-product solutions, perform regular reviews, and collaborate with Wealth/Home Lending teams to drive growth.

Applicants should have extensive banking experience, FINRA/SIE/SAR licenses, and a commitment to regulatory compliance, with the ability to work Saturdays as needed.

Qualifications

  • 4+ years of customer service experience or equivalent demonstrated through work, training, military experience, or education.
  • 3+ years of experience building and maintaining effective relationships with customers and partners.
  • 3+ years of experience recommending products and services.
  • Experience recommending financial products and translating customer goals into clear, actionable recommendations.
  • Ability to proactively source, acquire, and deepen relationships through proactive outreach and strong internal partnerships.
  • Experience managing a book-of-business, documenting planning conversations, and driving retention and growth across deposits, lending, and investments.
  • Experience coaching or supporting peers.
  • Ability to communicate clearly and confidently, listen with empathy, and build credibility and trust.
  • Financial services industry experience in consumer, home lending, business banking, or investments.
  • 3+ years of experience in a licensed financial services position.
  • FINRA Series 6 and 63 exams or FINRA-recognized equivalents sufficient to qualify for immediate FINRA registration.
  • State Insurance license(s), active or completed within a designated timeframe.
  • Securities Industry Essentials (SIE) exam for FINRA qualification exams earned after September 30, 2018.
  • FINRA Series 65 or equivalent within a specified period for applicable states.
  • Required FINRA licenses must be obtained and maintained for continued employment.
  • Enhanced financial fitness and criminal background standards.
  • SAFE registration at the time of employment.
  • Must meet LO/CFPB requirements and Wells Fargo standards related to financial responsibility, character, fitness, and criminal background.
  • This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship.
  • Ability to work a schedule that includes most Saturdays.
