Job summary

SOLV Energy, LLC in San Diego, CA is seeking a Preconstruction Project Manager to lead the Preconstruction Group through notice of award to mobilization, coordinating cost, schedule, and scope.

This full-time, in-office role requires strong leadership, bid package preparation, LNTP negotiations, and close collaboration with engineering, procurement, and legal teams; travel up to 25% may be required.

Qualifications

• Engineering, Construction Management, or Architectural degree (or equivalent).
• 5+ years in construction, with project engineer/assistant superintendent experience.
• Willingness to travel ~25% and strong written/verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate Preconstruction Group activities from notice of award to mobilization.
• Manage cost control ledger, project cost statements, and invoicing.
• Prepare bid packages, solicit bids, and evaluate bids.
• Maintain CMiC system data and procurement alignment with scope and schedule.
• Negotiate LNTPs and coordinate with owners, engineers, and vendors.
