Qualifications

• 6-12+ years’ experience within a General Contractor or Construction Management environment.
• Background as a Project Manager or Assistant Project Manager.
• Experience on complex, phased or operational projects such as aviation or healthcare.

Responsibilities

• Support projects from early concept through design development and into GMP.
• Work closely with clients, architects, and consultants during preconstruction.
• Contribute to budget development and overall project strategy.
