Job summary

SelectLeaders Client in New York City seeks an experienced Construction Project Manager to lead high-end interior builds from preconstruction to project closeout. You will own budgets, schedules, procurement, and client relations, coordinating with architects and subcontractors to deliver premium spaces on time and within budget.

The ideal candidate has 6+ years in construction PM, NYC experience, and strong financial acumen, with Procore/MS Project proficiency.

Qualifications

6+ years of construction project management experience.
NYC construction experience is required.
Experience managing high-end interior construction projects.
Experience in a general contracting environment is preferred.
Strong financial and analytical skills, including forecasting and cost control.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

Lead project budgets, forecasting, and financial reporting throughout the construction lifecycle.
Coordinate with owners, architects, designers, consultants, and subcontractors; manage change orders and procurement.
Oversee contract administration, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation to ensure compliance.
Develop and maintain project schedules, milestones, and long-lead material procurement.
Support project closeout, warranties, and final accounting with stakeholders.
