Job summary

Manhattan Construction Company seeks a seasoned Preconstruction Manager to lead preconstruction activities, guide team members, and ensure adherence to MCC standards. You will mentor the team, manage complex budgets, and coordinate with clients and design teams to deliver successful preconstruction deliverables.

The role requires strong communication, budgeting acumen, and a collaborative mindset to drive value on healthcare, aviation, collegiate, and sports projects across our U.S. offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent; sub for related experience 1:1.
• 12 years of industry experience.
• Healthcare, aviation, collegiate and sports project experience preferred.
• Strong communication and client service skills.

Responsibilities

• Represent Manhattan’s Preconstruction Team to Clients.
• Meet client needs and attend OAC/design meetings.
• Provide concept budgets and perform value management analysis.
• Coordinate with operations to ensure correct cost budgets.
