Job summary

Locke Staffing Group has partnered with an established commercial general contractor to bring on a Preconstruction Manager in Flagstaff, AZ. You’ll own projects from first drawings to buyout, win the work, price it right, and hand operations a job they can build.

You’ll lead preconstruction on commercial projects, build conceptual budgets and GMPs, drive value engineering, and run the table with owners, architects and trade partners from concept to contract.

Qualifications

• Preconstruction or senior estimating experience with a commercial general contractor.
• Hands-on conceptual and detailed estimating across trades.
• Confidence leading owner and design team meetings.
• Bluebeam, Procore or similar takeoff and estimating tools.
• A degree in Construction Management, Engineering or similar.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction on commercial projects from pursuit to handover.
• Build conceptual budgets and GMPs.
• Drive value engineering and coordinate with owners, architects and trade partners from concept to contract.
