CyberCoders is seeking a Preconstruction Manager in Frisco, TX to own estimating, client relationships, and preconstruction efforts across a diverse portfolio of commercial projects.

This role focuses on early project involvement, collaborating with owners, architects, and trade partners, and shaping GMP budgets, value engineering, and procurement strategies to position projects for success.

Qualifications

• Experience in estimating or preconstruction for commercial construction.
• Strong budgeting and conceptual estimating skills.
• Ability to work with clients during design development.
• Knowledge of healthcare, education, or large commercial projects is a plus.
• Strong communication and leadership skills.
