Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field (or foreign degree equivalent).
• 10+ years of experience in cost and program/schedule development for industrial construction projects.
• 5+ years on-site construction management in industrial/commercial sectors.
• Experience with procurement, subcontractor management and major material purchases.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain master project estimates and cost data bases.
• Develop and maintain master bid documents and scopes of work.
• Participate in procurement of major project scopes and equipment.
• Develop project schedules and 30/60/90% progress updates.
• Monitor quality control and budget variance for major procurements.
• Provide annual performance evaluations for direct reports.
