Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required in construction-related field or equivalent experience.
• Construction-related internship or professional experience preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project documentation.

Responsibilities

• Assist with estimating, planning, and buyout activities for design-build projects.
• Develop project schedules, phasing plans, bid lists, scope packages, and price evaluations.
• Prequalify vendors and subcontractors using established requirements and processes.
• Process RFIs, submittals, bulletins, and other preconstruction docs.
• Follow preconstruction quality control procedures and documentation requirements.
• Coordinate with design, construction teams, and suppliers; collect current cost data.
