Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• Ten years of experience in cost and project schedule development for industrial/construction projects.
• Experience negotiating subcontracts and purchase orders; and proficiency with project forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain a preconstruction program, including master bid documents and scopes of work.
• Produce conceptual and preliminary budgets and schedules.
• Establish and maintain a list of prequalified vendors and subcontractors.
• Participate in procurement of major project scopes and equipment.
• Update project estimates based on design progress (30/60/90%).
• Conduct annual performance evaluations and assist in maintaining operations manuals.
