Qualifications

• BS degree in related field.
• Minimum of ten years of experience in preconstruction.
• Ability to self-manage work with minimal direction.
• Knowledge of unit pricing and cost-saving opportunities across trades.
• Excellent sales and presentation skills.
• Ability to coordinate multiple projects with Estimating Team.

Responsibilities

• Manage a Design Build project from concept to final contract award.
• Fill in missing information from drawings and design documents (All Trades) and write RFIs.
• Review detailed estimates for multiple projects and ensure accurate scope.
• Develop bid tabs for multiple trades to capture costs accurately.
• Communicate client expectations to the Precon team and develop plans to meet them.
• Provide cost savings suggestions by trade and explain cost variances to Owners & A/E Team.
• Manage staff across projects to deliver complete budgets and interval budgets.
• Conduct constructability reviews of designs and ensure historical data informs Precon dashboards.
