Qualifications

• BS degree in a related field required.
• 8+ years in preconstruction required.
• Experience on large commercial projects (office, hospitality, higher education, sports).
• Ability to self-manage with minimal direction.
• Knowledge of price summary and detailed pricing by trade.
• Ability to read, interpret, and understand plans across conceptual to 100% CDs.

Responsibilities

• Manage multiple projects with estimating responsibilities and deadlines.
• Oversee design-build projects from concept to final contract award.
• Perform accurate quantity takeoffs and cost estimations.
• Develop bid tab sheets and qualifications from bid tabs.
• Provide cost-saving recommendations by trade and reconcile cost variances.
• Present to Owners & A/E Teams and explain cost variances.
