Hoar Construction is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead the full preconstruction process from concept through contractor selection. You will guide design teams, align with budgets, and ensure schedule adherence while collaborating with clients, architects, engineers, and project managers.

Qualificações

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering or related field.
• 5-7 years of experience in a pre-construction/estimating environment, working with large commercial or industrial projects.
• Advanced knowledge of construction cost estimating, conceptual budgeting, and scheduling.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid Driver's License Required.
• LEED AP preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Oversee accuracy and quality of estimates, drawing reviews, and other construction documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with client/owner, architect/engineer, contractors, and subcontractors.
• Maintain current estimating records and unit prices.
• Collaborate with Project Manager on proposal evaluation.
• Prepare preliminary and development estimates; monitor design development for cost overruns.
