Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field is required.
• 5–7 years in pre-construction/estimating on large projects.
• Advanced knowledge of estimating, budgeting and scheduling.
• Must have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Oversee accuracy and quality of estimates, drawings, specs and documents.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, architects and contractors.
• Maintain estimating records and unit prices.
• Collaborate on contractor/subcontractor proposal evaluation.
• Prepare and monitor construction estimates during preconstruction; support value engineering.
• Contribute to preliminary to construction scheduling.
