Qualifications

• Bachelor-level or higher in Construction Engineering/Management or equivalent experience.
• Strong negotiation and analytical skills are required.
• Excellent organizational skills with keen attention to deadlines and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Supports project teams throughout preconstruction, including budgeting, estimating, scheduling and design management.
• Assists in project pursuit, strategies and techniques.
• Prepares bid schedules and reviews cost estimates for accuracy.
• Coordinates with design teams to manage project costs and change orders.
• Maintains estimating systems and provides cost opinions to marketing teams.
