Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Set project objectives, policies and performance standards within corporate guidelines.
• Develop relationships with owners, architects and developers to secure work.
• Oversee on-site construction activities to ensure schedule and budget compliance.
• Represent the company in meetings and negotiations with clients and stakeholders.
• Guide project management staff and mentor junior team members.
• Handle financial aspects of contracts and vendor relationships to protect the firm.
