As Preconstruction Manager, you will help us reach our strategic growth goals by supporting project teams throughout the preconstruction process.
Requirements: Four year Construction Engineering or Construction Management degree or equivalent experience plus 5 years or more construction estimating experience required. Mechanical and electrical estimating experience a plus. Effective negotiation, team building, problem solving, mathematical and analytical skills required. Must possess exceptional organization skills and keen attention to detail, deadlines and accuracy. Strong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills. Strong conceptual estimating capabilities. Ability to coordinate activities on 'bid day'. Must possess and maintain a valid Driver's License in good standing.
