Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field.
• Minimum 8–10 years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management in construction.
• Experience with design-build or integrated project delivery (IPD) methods.
• Proven track record managing preconstruction activities for large-scale projects.

• Lead preconstruction phase with detailed plans, scopes, and schedules aligned to client goals.
• Oversee estimating, budgeting, and cost control across projects.
