Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the preconstruction team, assign work, set priorities, and monitor deadlines.
• Review project opportunities, plans, specs, and bid requirements to determine scope and bidding strategy.
• Oversee estimating, bidding, and proposal preparation for NC and other states as the company expands.
• Prepare and submit project bids, including final bid costs and proposals.
• Develop bid packages and solicit pricing from subcontractors, suppliers, and vendors.
• Review subcontractor and vendor bids, identifying gaps, exclusions, and risks.
