Knutson Construction seeks a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead the preconstruction process for Mission Critical projects in a fast-paced environment. You will guide estimating, budgeting, and client engagement, while coaching the team to deliver high-value solutions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Architecture or related field with 10+ years of preconstruction/construction experience.
• Alternative: Associate’s Degree in a construction-related field with 15+ years of preconstruction/construction experience.
• Preferred: Mission Critical Data Center project experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead preconstruction for Mission Critical projects, including estimating and budgeting.
• Coach estimators and coordinate workload with Preconstruction Director.
• Develop accurate cost estimates and GMPs with project teams.
• Manage risk, schedules, and client engagement during design phase.
• Pursue profitable work through market relationships and RFP responses.
• Promote Knutson’s values and ensure SOPs are maintained.
