Qualifications

• 4+ years in a similar construction role.
• Experience in preconstruction planning, budgeting, contract management, subcontracting, bidding, cost control, planning, and procurement.
• Strong Excel skills and data analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the preconstruction phase across all projects, ensuring accurate planning, budgeting, and estimation.
• Coordinate with stakeholders to gather necessary information for preconstruction.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, including site activities and admin tasks.
• Conduct risk assessments to prevent delays or cost overruns.
• Review and negotiate contracts and subcontracts to protect company interests.
• Coordinate with procurement to ensure timely, cost-effective material acquisition.
• Implement cost controls to keep projects within budget.
• Leverage Excel to track progress, costs, and metrics.
• Continuously improve preconstruction processes for efficiency.
