Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field with extensive related experience
• Strong knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings and schedules
• Extensive management experience across regions with coaching/mentoring responsibilities
• Advanced negotiation and executive presentation skills
• Experience with BIM (Building Information Modeling) and Lean methodologies

Responsibilities

• Oversee on-site security operations and lead the on-site security team
• Lead and manage multiple preconstruction phases for projects
• Develop and maintain client relationships and pursue business opportunities
• Coordinate with BD for engagements, RFP reviews, and resource planning
• Coach and develop Preconstruction teams; participate in hiring and performance reviews
• Collaborate with Operations on schedule, logistics, safety, and constructability
• Promote IPD, Target Value Design, and other process enhancements
• Co-lead project launches with executives and general managers
• Review budgets, General Assumptions, and risk assessments
• Contribute to continuous improvement and cross-regional collaboration
