Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a construction-related field or equivalent
• 18+ years of related experience or equivalent
• Thorough knowledge of construction cost, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, and engineering principles
• Ability to seek out and win business opportunities
• Strong communication and presentation skills
• Ability to read and interpret contract documents, drawings, specs, and project schedule
• Experience with BIM and Lean methodologies to benefit projects

Responsibilities

• Lead and coordinate multiple projects from preconstruction through closeout
• Develop and maintain client relationships to secure new work
• Build high-performance project teams through supervision, training, coaching, and mentoring
• Collaborate with Sales and Marketing to win future business
• Ensure compliance with ethics, safety, and QA/QC standards
• Oversee budgeting, scheduling, and financial management for projects
