Job summary

U.S. Engineering Innovations is seeking a Preconstruction Manager to lead design and budgeting efforts from inception through the preconstruction phase and into construction. You will coordinate with Owners, GCs, Architects, and Engineers to generate proposals, prepare schedules, and assist in design for design-build projects.

Responsibilities

• Design and assist in engineering for HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Assist in value engineering and design options with project stakeholders.
• Generate and review engineering calculations and schematic drawings.
• Coordinate design with design-build and design-assist projects.
• Support project managers and field personnel on design issues through construction.
• Maintain constructability and budget awareness throughout preconstruction.
