Job summary

Leoforce invites a seasoned Preconstruction Director in Phoenix, AZ to lead heavy civil and infrastructure preconstruction from concept to construction. You will guide estimating and design coordination to ensure cost, constructability, and execution clarity, partnering with operations, design teams, and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management.
• Strong technical understanding of self-perform operations, including concrete, earthwork, underground utilities, and mechanical systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate effectively with owners, design teams, and field leadership.
• Proficiency in estimating and scheduling tools (HCSS, P6, Bluebeam, Excel) and strong analytical and communication skills.
• Demonstrated leadership in managing budgets, proposals, and early project development efforts.

• Drive preconstruction leadership for heavy civil and infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
• Guide estimating and design coordination to ensure cost, constructability, and execution plans.
