Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, engineering or architecture or equivalent experience.
• 10–15+ years in progressive construction leadership with PM exposure.
• Proven ability to lead multiple projects and manage project financials.

Responsibilities

• Provide operational leadership from preconstruction through closeout across AZ projects.
• Oversee cost, revenue, forecasting, schedule, safety and quality.
• Develop PMs, Superintendents and operational leaders for growth.
• Support business development, proposals and preconstruction activities.
• Manage change orders, contracts, risk and client relationships.
• Mentor teams, manage recruitment and succession planning.
