Jobot is seeking a Preconstruction Leader in Phoenix to guide estimating and design coordination for heavy civil and infrastructure projects. You will work with operations, design teams, and clients to set budgets, schedules, and strategies to ensure successful project delivery.

Lead self-performing teams, manage early development efforts, and provide insight to executive leadership. This role offers career growth and a collaborative culture at Jobot.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field preferred.
• 8+ years of experience in preconstruction, estimating, or project management within heavy civil, infrastructure, or design-build environments.
• Proficiency in estimating and scheduling tools (HCSS, P6, Bluebeam, Excel) and strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Drive the success of our heavy civil and infrastructure projects from concept through construction.
• Guide estimating and design coordination to ensure clear cost, constructability, and execution plans.
• Partner with operations, design teams, and clients to develop budgets, schedules, and strategies for project success.
• Provide visibility across executive leadership and influence outcomes before field work begins.
