Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in estimating and preconstruction leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in construction estimating software and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, systems, and sequencing.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE).

Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of preconstruction services—from conceptual budgeting through project turnover to operations.
• Lead and mentor the preconstruction team and coordinate with other departments.
• Manage risk, analyze cost data, and support strategic planning for competitive bids.
