• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or related field.
• 5+ years of progressive experience in estimating and preconstruction leadership.
• Advanced proficiency in construction estimating software and Excel.
• Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, systems, and sequencing.
• Demonstrated leadership and mentoring experience.
• Strong analytical, communication, and negotiation skills.
• Relevant industry certifications such as Certified Professional Estimator (CPE).

This role combines advanced estimating expertise, departmental leadership, client engagement, risk management, and strategic planning. This position ensures that projects are competitively positioned, accurately budgeted, strategically structured, and aligned with Stevens Construction’s long-term business objectives while working with team members and driving continuous improvement.
