This role drives preconstruction schedules and handoffs to operations to ensure seamless execution.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience planning and managing various project types.
• Ability to coordinate with business development, design teams and clients.
• Experience producing estimates with budgets and margins.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business development to cultivate opportunities and prepare bid artifacts.
• Develop and manage preconstruction schedules, including design milestones and budgeting.
• Write RFI’s and coordinate with design teams, operations, and subcontractors.
• Lead preconstruction meetings and handoffs to operations to ensure smooth transition.
