Job summary

Parkway Construction is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to lead planning and coordination across business development, design, and operations.

You will develop preconstruction schedules, estimates, risk assessments, and value engineering strategies to secure profitable, on-time project delivery while guiding a diverse team and aligning with client expectations.

This role requires strong communication, negotiation, and proficiency with MS Project or Primavera P6 and Procore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in CM, Architecture, or Civil Engineering or equivalent professional experience.
• Extensive experience in preconstruction planning and coordination across teams.
• Strong knowledge of construction means, methods, and safety practices.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate with business development to cultivate opportunities and win work.
• Create and manage preconstruction schedules, estimates, and risk plans.
• Lead designteam coordination, RFI management, and value engineering.
• Oversee procurement planning and handoff to operations.
