Job summary

Straticon is seeking a Senior Preconstruction Manager to independently lead multifamily and commercial projects through the entire preconstruction lifecycle—from conceptual budgeting and design development to GMP, subcontractor buyout, and turnover to Operations. This role requires directing a team of estimators and preconstruction staff in a high-output environment.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of commercial general contracting preconstruction or estimating experience.
• Demonstrated ability to independently lead complete projects from concept to GMP.
• Strong leadership and communication skills across owners, architects, and subcontractors.

Responsibilities

• Lead assigned projects from conceptual budgeting through GMP, buyout, and turnover to Operations.
• Develop project-specific preconstruction schedules, deliverables, and client communications.
• Prepare conceptual, schematic, and design-development estimates; manage cost reconciliations.
