Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CM, Civil Eng, or related field preferred.
• 2 to 4 years of experience as Senior Estimator.
• 6 to 9 years total experience in Preconstruction or Estimating.

Responsibilities

• Assist with bid coordination and invitations.
• Perform detailed quantity take-offs and cost estimates.
• Review subcontractor bids for completeness and scope.
• Maintain and update subcontractor/vendor database.
• Assist in creating and formatting proposal documents.
• Support estimators with questions and best practices.
• Organize drawings and specs for bidding.
• Communicate with subcontractors to clarify project details.
• Learn and train on estimating software.
