Turner Construction Company is seeking an experienced professional to lead the preconstruction process, manage the BU Estimating department, and drive value engineering across multiple projects in a dynamic environment.

The role requires extensive experience in building construction, strong leadership, and the ability to build client relationships while coordinating with design and operations teams to deliver competitive estimates and successful bids.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or related field.
• Minimum 10 years of building construction experience.
• Strong understanding of drawings, specifications, contracts, and construction methods.
• Proven leadership and ability to manage high-volume workloads.

Responsibilities

• Lead BU Estimating department during preconstruction and allocate resources.
• Oversee reimbursement of Estimating staff and manage G&A expenses.
• Develop client relationships and pursue business development opportunities.
• Coordinate with design teams on drawings and specs to identify risks.
• Manage value engineering and budgeting across milestones.
• Mentor and supervise staff; participate in hiring and performance reviews.
