Job summary

The role reports to the General Manager and will oversee the Advanced Technology Group, including its data center, pharmaceutical, and manufacturing market segments.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field and 10+ years of building construction experience.
• Thorough understanding of drawings, specs, contracts, and estimating processes.
• Strong client relationship and leadership capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Oversee BU Estimating department during preconstruction and allocate resources.
• Manage reimbursements related to G&A expenses for estimating staff.
• Develop client relationships and pursue new business opportunities.
• Participate in hiring, onboarding, and performance feedback for direct reports.
• Review drawings, specs, and construction documents; flag design risks to senior management.
• Lead lump-sum bid development and obtain senior management approval.
• Coordinate with procurement and operations to align schedules and milestones.
• Support value engineering, constructability reviews, and launch matrix activities.
