Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Develops and maintains relationships with client and architect/engineer contacts to facilitate project execution.
• Attend client meetings and events to ensure satisfaction with progress and results.
• Prepare detailed estimates (conceptual, schematic, design development, construction).
• Lead the bid process, assemble bid packages, obtain bids, and analyze bids.
• Lead preconstruction strategy meetings and coordinate preliminary construction schedules.
