Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Building Science, Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in large, complex facility construction and on-site management.
• Basic MEP knowledge.
• Proficient in MS Office.
• Valid Driver's License required.
• LEED AP or OSHA 10 Hour preferred.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand construction design documents and specifications.
• Perform quantity take-offs for divisions/scopes of work.
• Develop industry relationships to generate future sales opportunities.
• Organize and attend project meetings; prepare agendas and minutes.
• Ensure bid documents are sent to bidders and manage bidder lists.
• Present work product to internal and external clients.
• Assist in trade partner solicitation through calls, emails, and in-person meetings.
• Participate in pre-bid site walks and document existing conditions with photos and notes.
