The role requires preparing constructability reviews, coordinating with design teams, and providing value engineering input early in the design phase. The candidate should bring 15+ years of relevant construction experience, a Bachelor's degree in Architecture, and strong proficiency with Word, Excel, and Bluebeam.

Qualifications

• Experience preparing Requests for Clarification (RFCs) and reviewing submittals and change orders.
• Proficient with MS Word, Excel and Bluebeam for document control and markups.

Responsibilities

• Supports the Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative (OAR) during the preconstruction phase.
• Prepares comprehensive constructability reviews of pre-bid construction documents.
• Coordinates efforts with the Design Manager and OAR to ensure coordination across design disciplines.
