Qualifications

• Public/educational facility construction experience with $8M+ per project or $80M+ combined.
• 15 years as Project Superintendent or Project Manager on public/educational or large commercial projects with $30M+ solo and $400M+ combined.
• Two years college coursework or five years substitution for degree.

Responsibilities

• Assist in defining scope of work and schedule during preconstruction.
• Review design deliverables for inconsistencies to reduce RFIs and changes.
• Coordinate between design disciplines for document coordination.
• Prepare constructability reviews of pre-bid documents.
• Collaborate with the Design Manager and Owner Authorized Representative.
• Support related duties as assigned.
