Tom Trese Networking LLC seeks a Precision Tool & Machine Assembler for 1st shift in Pewaukee, WI. This onsite role builds high-value custom automation and one-off machinery, collaborating with engineers to deliver complex systems from ground up.

You will read multi-view mechanical drawings, utilize 3D CAD models on the shop floor, and install pneumatic and hydraulic circuits with exacting tolerances. A long-term, hands-on crafts role in a tight-knit team awaits.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of ground-up mechanical machine build experience.
• 2+ years with precision toolmaking, die building, or custom fixture assembly.
• Ability to read multi-page mechanical assembly prints and fluid power schematics.
• Proficient with hand and power tools and metrology equipment.
• Residence within 45-minute commuting radius of Pewaukee, WI; US citizenship or GC.

Responsabilités

• Build, fit, align, and assemble diverse custom automated machinery from ground up.
• Read and interpret detailed mechanical drawings and pneumatic/hydraulic schematics.
• Use on-floor 3D CAD models to verify layouts and clearances.
• Install pneumatic manifolds, valve blocks, and hydraulic circuits onto machine frames.
• Tune components to tight tolerances using toolmaking techniques.
• Collaborate with engineering to troubleshoot bottlenecks and verify tolerances.
• Oversee teardown, packing, and crating for customer transport and field installation.
