Qualifications

• 5+ years of ground-up mechanical machine builds, OR 2+ years with precision toolmaking/fixture assembly background.
• Experience with high-speed material handling systems, precision automated lines, or custom packaging machinery.

Responsibilities

• Build, fit, align, and assemble diverse, high-value custom automated machinery, robotic cells, presses, and lines from the ground up.
• Read and build from detailed multi-view mechanical drawings and fluid power schematics.
• Access on-floor 3D CAD models to verify spatial relationships and clearances.
• Layout, route, and mount pneumatic manifolds and hydraulic circuits.
• Tune precision components to exact tolerances using toolmaking techniques.
• Collaborate with mechanical engineers on-site to troubleshoot bottlenecks and resolve deviations.
• Oversee teardown, packing, and crating of completed machines for transport.
