Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering; Master’s preferred.
• PE license required; eligible to obtain in NE states, NY, NJ within 1 year.
• 10+ years of structural engineering experience with leadership in precast/construction.
• Expertise in precast concrete structures, parking structures.
• Experience managing teams and coordinating with subcontractors.
• In‑depth knowledge of precast design principles and practices.
• Ability to reduce operational costs through efficient design.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SolidWorks, SAP2000, ETabs, Eriksson, Salmons.
• Strong project management and multi-project oversight.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; US work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and manage the internal engineering team and coordinate with subcontractors.
• Direct design of new precast structures (parking garages) and review repairs.
• Oversee on-time delivery, budgets, and performance specifications.
• Collaborate with sales, clients, and production to support proposals and concepts.
• Provide technical support to manufacturing and ensure designs are manufacturable.
• Ensure compliance with codes and industry standards; advance QA processes.
• Partner with leadership to align engineering strategy with business goals.
