Job summary

Construction Material Testing in the precast sector seeks a Senior Precast Inspector III to lead quality programs, prepare plants for PCI audits, and resolve complex prestressed product issues. You will supervise Level I/II inspectors and ensure compliance with PCI MNL-116/117 and DOT requirements.

Qualifications

• PCI QC Level III certification is required.
• Minimum 6+ years of precast and prestressed QC including supervision.
• Experience interpreting PCI, DOT, and AASHTO requirements.

Responsibilities

• Establish and maintain plant QC programs and manuals to PCI MNL-116/MNL-117 and DOT requirements.
• Lead audits and prepare plants for PCI certification audits and DOT approvals.
• Resolve structural acceptance questions on prestressed products with the engineer of record.
• Audit supplier plants for owners and agencies; qualify precast suppliers.
• Supervise and develop Level I and II inspectors across plants and projects.
