Geisinger Wyoming Valley is seeking an experienced Phlebotomy/Receiving and Processing supervisor. The role involves ensuring high-quality specimen collection and processing, staff supervision, and coordination with system-wide labs to maintain standardized procedures.

The position requires a Certified Phlebotomy Technician (ASCP), a High School Diploma or GED, and a minimum of five years of relevant experience. Day shift, with travel and weekend requirements as needed.

• Minimum of 5 years relevant experience in phlebotomy or a related role.

Responsabilidades

• Provide day-to-day supervision of Phlebotomy and/or Receiving and Processing areas.
• Ensure highest analytical quality of specimens for testing.
• Lead staff, provide training, and maintain competency.
• Coordinate with other labs to standardize procedures and policies.
• Manage scheduling and supply inventory.
• Support quality assurance and service improvement activities.
