Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Minimum 1 year related work experience preferred.
• Certified Phlebotomy Technician (ASCP) certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Performs venipunctures and skin punctures to obtain blood specimens.
• Labels, accessioning, and processing of specimens following CLSI guidelines.
• Collaborates with clinical staff to ensure safe, accurate patient care.
• Mentors students and new employees as needed.
• Fosters teamwork and adheres to organization policies and procedures.
