Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree desired with Technology Focus
• 10+ years of solution consulting experience in infrastructure delivery or Digital Workplace Management
• 10+ years in pre-sales & solution area with large global $50M+ solutions
• Strong communication and presentation skills for Executive audiences
• Experience designing complex solutions and selling via consultative approach
• Advanced Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Visio skills
• PMP, ISO20K, ITIL certifications are a plus

Responsibilities

• Develop scope of work documents with Delivery and Legal
• Qualify technical and business needs of clients
• Write responses to RFPs and RFIs
• Develop solutions and value propositions
• Present capabilities to clients and customers
• Support proposals, quotes and presentations
• Assist in presenting solutions to clients
• Provide technical input to Business Development Managers
• Collaborate across Sales, Delivery, Finance
• Train and coach team members
• Understand industry trends and Stefanini services
• Create market-competitive technical offerings
• Identify differentiators against competition
• Translate client journeys into future-state architectures
